Contact & Support Questions

How do I contact Eclipse Audio?

You can contact Eclipse Audio through the Eclipse Audio Support Forum or one of our online contact forms.

The Eclipse Audio Support Forum is the primary support channel for technical questions, software support, feature requests, and bug reports. Posting questions on the forum allows solutions to be shared with the wider user community and creates a searchable knowledge base that benefits other users of the FIR Designer software range.

For licensing or billing enquiries, please use the license & billing enquiry form above. We’ll respond directly by email.

Professional audio manufacturers, DSP developers, and system integrators interested in adding brand-specific functionality or processor support to the FIR Designer software range are also welcome to contact us using the business enquiry form above. These enquiries receive prompt attention.

Eclipse Audio does not currently provide telephone support.

Do you offer technical support?

Yes. Eclipse Audio provides technical support through the Eclipse Audio Support Forum.

The forum is the primary support channel for technical questions, troubleshooting, feature requests, and bug reports. If you contact us by email with a technical question, we’ll usually ask you to post it on the Support Forum so the response can benefit other users and become part of the searchable knowledge base.

How quickly do you respond to support enquiries?

We aim to respond to support enquiries as quickly as possible. Priority is given to existing licence holders, particularly when a licensing issue is preventing use of our software. As Eclipse Audio is based in Australia, response times may vary depending on your time zone.

To help us resolve issues faster, please include as much relevant information as possible, including your product version number, platform (Windows or macOS), platform version number, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots.

How do I report a bug?

Please report bugs through the Eclipse Audio Support Forum. Posting bug reports on the forum allows us to investigate issues more efficiently, keeps users informed of known problems and fixes, and creates a searchable knowledge base that may help others experiencing the same issue.

To help us reproduce and resolve the problem, please include a detailed description of the issue, the steps required to reproduce it (where possible), your software and operating system versions, and any relevant screenshots, error messages, project files, or measurement data.
